Our Services

  • I help you pack, unpack, sort, and get organized (no truck –ONLY help inside your home).
    $36/hour (2-hour minimum)

    Extras:

    • Wrap fragile items (dishes, glasses, etc.): +$25 flat fee

    • Set up donation bags or boxes: +$25 flat fee

    **Please provide wrapping & boxes.

  • Labor only – you buy parts or I’ll pick them up for you (with receipt).

    • Replace a faucet: $85

    • Fix a leaking toilet or faucet: $80

    • Replace toilet tank parts: $85

    • Install a showerhead: $70

    • Quick parts run (if I go to the store): +$25

  • I’ll help you organize your closet, kitchen, pantry, or anywhere else that needs it.

    • $36/hour (2-hour minimum)

    • Please provide any bins, boxes, or supplies you want used.

    Extras:

    • Basic labels: I’ll prepare custom labels for bins, jars, drawers, or shelves – +$10 flat fee
      (Great for kitchen, bathroom, closets, kids’ toys, etc.)

    • I can shop for organizing bins/boxes for you – you pay store price + $25 flat fee for my time
      (Receipt included)

    • Create a storage system for seasonal items (e.g., winter coats, holiday decorations): $65

  • Fast, tidy, and ready for check-in.

    I’ll help reset your Airbnb between guests so everything is clean, refreshed, and guest-ready — even on short notice.

    Includes:

    • Cleaning of guest room and/or bathroom

    • Light tidying, bed-making, and general straightening up

    • Replacing towels, bedsheets & restocking supplies (if provided)

    • Trash removal

    • Disinfecting high-touch areas (handles, switches, etc.)

    • Guest Room Only: $60

    • Guest Bathroom Only: $70 — includes deep clean of toilet, bathtub, shower, sink, tiles, and floors

  • Regular home cleaning (not a full maid service). This is the price while using YOUR OWN CLEANING DETERGENTS. An extra fee will apply for my cleaning products, please see ‘extras’ below.
    **For all cleanings, regardless of whether I provide cleaning detergents, please provide your own paper towels, cloths, or sponges.

    • Studio: $100

    • 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: $120

    • 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath: $150

    • Heavy-duty/post-renovation:

      • Studio: $130

      • 1 Bed: $150

      • 2 Bed: $180

    Extras:

    • Clean fridge or oven: +$25 each

    • Clean inside cabinets: +$30

    • Organize & wipe down closets: +$25

    • Clean inside windows: +$30

    • Vacuum pet fur from furniture or rugs: +$30
      (For homes with heavy shedding – includes extra time and detailed vacuuming of surfaces.) Please provide a vacuum for this service.

    • $12 I bring eco-friendly Clorox Free & Clear, a broom, a Swiffer Wet Mop, & Windex.

  • Change Interior Door Knobs
    Closet, bathroom, and bedroom doors only — you provide the knobs.
    (No cutting or drilling — just fast, clean replacements using existing holes.)
    $55 per door

    Extras:

    • Add $25 if you want me to shop for the doorknob (receipt provided)

    • Add cost of the doorknob if I purchase it for you

    • Install Ring Cameras & Smart Locks
      Upgrade your home security or smart setup with professional installation of your Ring cameras and smart locks.
      $75 per device (installation only)
      (You provide the equipment.)

    Additional Devices:

    • $35 for each additional device installed during the same visit

  • I can help build your new furniture, making sure everything is assembled correctly and securely.

    • No minimum number of hours required

    • $60 first hour, $40 additional hour

  • 📺 TV Mounting Service Pricing

    You provide the mount: $80

    Need me to purchase the mount?

    • Shopping run fee: +$25

    • Mount cost: Added to total (receipt provided)

    Optional Add-ons:

    • Want a tilt/swivel mount? + $20

    • Mounting on brick or concrete wall? + $25

    • Hide cables with a wall kit? + $25
      (Kit must be purchased. Let me know in advance if you want this.)

    • Mount an additional TV (same visit)? + $50

    • Clean-up service? + $25

    All costs associated with mounting will be added to your total, and receipts will be provided.

  • I can help you with washing, drying, folding, or organizing your laundry.
    I use nitrile gloves for extra cleanliness and safety for both of us.

    • Fold & sort only at your home: $35 first hour/ $20 additional hour

    • Full laundry serviceThis service is only available on weekends.(pick up, take to the laundromat, wash, dry, fold, and deliver back to you – up to 2 loads, SAME DAY): $75

    • Laundromat drop-off/pick-up service: +$25
      (Plus laundromat receipt – you cover the cost of washing)

  • General Home Help – Light Repairs & Small Installations

    I offer assistance with light repairs, small installations, and general tasks around your home.
    One-hour minimum. Fair pricing based on time needed.

    Popular Services & Rates:

    • Hang curtains, art, or shelves
      $45 for the first hour, $25/hour after

    • Install window A/C unit
      $75 flat fee

    • Remove window A/C unit
      $55 flat fee

    • Install baby-proofing items (locks, outlet covers, corner guards)
      $45 for the first hour, $25/hour after

    • Light cabinet repairs or patching small wall holes
      $50 for the first hour, $35/hour after.

    🧰 Please provide any hardware or kits needed for your task.

    Shopping run will incur a +$25 fee plus costs of supplies (receipt provided).

  • Winterizing services (A/C removal, minor sealing): $55 flat fee

    Spring Cleaning SPECIAL – extra time for deep cleaning, organizing closets and cabinets, and decluttering:

    • Studio: $230 flat fee

    • One bedroom and more: $260 +$30 per additional room, $25 per additional bathroom

    Includes inside fridge and oven cleaning

    Summer Service: A/C Pickup, Delivery & Installation

    Let me take care of your A/C unit this summer! I’ll pick up your air conditioner from the store, deliver it to your home, and install it in your window, so you can enjoy a cool home without the hassle.

    **IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN A/C Unit check the ‘Small Tasks’ section for price. **

    Price:$165 for just the Summer Service


    Includes:

    • Store pick-up (must be within 2 miles of your home)

      Local delivery to your home

      Window installation and testing

      Clean-up after the job is complete

    Important Notes:

    • Please list my name as the pick-up person at the store to avoid any delays.

      No window unit installations will be done in fire escape windows for safety reasons.

      If the store is more than 2 miles from your home, an additional $3 will apply for each additional mile.

      For walk-up apartments (no elevator access), there will be an additional $25 charge.

  • Need help getting ready for a party or putting it all away after?

    • Help with holiday decorations: $50/hour

    • Set up for a party/event (cleaning, organizing, arranging): $75/hour

    • Help with party clean-up after: $50/hour

    • End of Holiday Services ~ Special price only available on the first week of January!– help taking down and packing away decorations, organizing storage: $120 flat for up to 3 hours

    • Please note: I do not offer creative decorating ideas. I will use the decorations you provide and follow your instructions for setup or storage.

  • 🛒 Supply Pickup & Shopping Policy

    • We prefer you purchase what you need in advance and set me as the pickup person:
